GUWAHATI, Nov 4: The fil of the 69th Independence Day Cup soccer will be held tomorrow at gaon. Sixth time champion BSF will face Assam Rifle in the title clash which will kick off at 5 PM. Assam Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal will be introduced to the players before the start of the fil.
