India beat Malaysia 2-0

Kakamigahara, Oct 31: India continued their winning form as they beat Malaysia 2-0 in their last Pool A match at the Womens Asia Cup held at Kakamigahara Kawasaki Stadium here on Tuesday.

Vanda Katariya (54th minute) and Gurjit Kaur (55th) scored for India’s third successive win in the pool stage. The win ensured a quarter-fil berth as India head the points table with nine points. IANS
