India club felicitated Bezboruah

GUWAHATI, May 18:  India Club, the premier tennis club of the state, felicitated its former General Secretary Dhirendra th Bezboruah yesterday. Bezboruah, an eminent jourlist and translator who was conferred Padmashri award recently, was felicitated in his residence with a citation and a bouquet amidst a gathering of club members. Earlier, Anupam Chowdhury, Secretary General of the club, spoke about the monumental life of Bezboruah in the field of jourlism and his contributions in holding together the historic club at a crucial phase of its journey during his tenure as General Secretary.
