“We offer condolences to the bereaved families and wish speedy recovery to the injured,” it said. “This dastardly act once again underlines the need for concerted action by the global community against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations,” it added. Seven police personnel and four civilians were killed with over 30 others injured on Tuesday in an attack targeting a police vehicle in Istanbul.
