India is in Jeopardy by Internal Threat

The Union government is jolted to sense only when a certain major issue relating to the internal security of India is jeopardized by Islamic Jehadis infiltrating into India from across the porous Bangladesh border. This prompted us to believe that the Centre always underestimates the hue and cry raised by the indigenous people of Assam that there had been serious ecological imbalance in Assam, including security threat. Everyone knows we have no problem with those infiltrating into Assam before 1971 but the problem is hovering on Assam like the sword of Democles with the new entrants. The poor security bandobast that is manning of the border by BSF jawans is laid bare by the way smuggling of cows goes on unabated despite the tall claim of the state government that smuggling has been checked.

When we refer to the internal threat to India by the Islamic Jehadis, we can point out nabbing of some of them in the Madrasa recently in West Bangal. As reported in the print media, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) led by Amit Shah is fully alive of the trouble spots in the Northeast and is emphatic that the National Register of Citizens (NRC) mechanism will play a part in removing the ‘llegals’ (The Sentinel July 15 – Centre’s strategy to end Insurgency.)

Another shocking news we like to add is the busting of fake currency note printing workshops in Dhaka. Such workshops are part of the conspiracy to destabilize the economy of India as reported in the print media.
