India to face Laos in city

GUWAHATI, May 6 : Indian tiol soccer team will be seen in action in the city once again and this time in the AFC Asian Cup 2019 qualifiers play off. The match will be held at the Indira Gandhi Athletics stadium on June 7 where India will face Laos. The first leg will be held at Laos on June 2.
Ankur Dutta, the General Secretary of the Assam Football Association, addressing the media today said,” The preparation of the Indian tiol Team will be held in Guwahati from May 19. The ticket price for the game is kept Rs 50 for gallery, Rs 100 for upper tier and Rs 500 for VIP. We have purposefully kept the prices of the tickets low so that everyone can come and watch the game. We hope to see a packed stadium during the game.”
India is currently ranked 162 in the latest FIFA ranking and Laos is at 176th place. A win against Laos will ensure India a place in the fil qualifiers for the AFC 2019 Asian Cup which is to be held in UAE.
