Intensified Diarrhea Control Fortnight launched

Morigaon, July 11: The Intensified Diarrhea Control Fortnight was launched at Morigaon GNM training centre on Monday.  In connection with the celebration of World Population Day, the scheme was launched here. In presence of Jatin Barman, Director, Family Welfare, the launch ceremony was started with the lighting of the lamp. Thereafter, a felicitation programme was held where Nilakshi Medhi, Media Expert, NHM and Pallabi Laskar, DCM, NHM felicitated Dr Jatin Barman, Director, Dr Biplab Gohai, Joint Director, Health, Morigaon, Dr ATM Usuf, CMand HO, Dr M Rahman, Superintendent, Morigaon Civil, Dr Ruhini Borkatoki, Additiol Joint Director with gamusa. Earlier, the Intensified Diarrhea Control Fortnight was launched by distributing ORS packets among the children. On the other hand, a rally was taken out with the active participation of Asha workers across the town.
