GOHPUR, July 2: A premier media institute of Guwahati, Turning Point Institute of Media & Creative Skills organized an interactive session with Forest Man of India Jadav Payeng and Tree Man Bakul Gogoi in the institute premises recently. Director of the institution Wasbir Hussain addressed the welcome speech. “The man-animal conflict occurs when human populations try to destroy the hills and jungles and overlap with established wildlife territory,” said Jadav Payeng. Along with Padmashree Jadav Payeng, Tree Man Bakul Gogoi said, “Government should give importance to include some more chapter in textbook regarding nature conversation.” In that programme, chief adviser of Turning Point Syed Zarir Hussain, head-operations Pranjal Kr. Hazarika along with many journalists and dignitaries took part. The entire programme was conducted by academic co-ordinator Hriday Ananda Sarma.
