Jayalalithaa seeks ordince to conduct Jallikattu

Cheni, Jan 12: Tamil du Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa on Tuesday urged the central government to issue an ordince to eble the conduct of Jallikattu after the Supreme Court stayed the bull taming sport. In a letter to Prime Minister rendra Modi, Jayalalithaa said: “I strongly reiterate my earlier request to the government to promulgate an ordince forthwith to eble the conduct of Jallikattu.” (IANS)
