JR Lalsim new executive officer of Lakhipur Municipal Board

Silchar, Nov 16: J R Lalsim, Additiol Deputy Commissioner of Cachar who is also the In-charge, SDO (Civil), Lakhipur, has been appointed as the executive officer of Lakhipur Municipal Board recently. J R Lalsim has been appointed by Cachar DC S Viswathan. She also conducted a meeting with the ward commissioners and put emphasis on the importance and necessity of Prime Minister rendra Modi’s noble mission, ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.  She further stressed on the point that people should keep their houses, surroundings and nearby areas neat and clean in order to keep the country clean. J R Lalsim also said that if possible, one should plant saplings in order to create a pollution free environment. The meeting was also attended by Rimi Paul, chairperson, Lakhipur Municipal Board.
