KAAC CEM visits Diphu Civil Hospital

HAMREN, July 8: The KAAC CEM election was conducted recently at KAAC session hall and Tuliram Ronghang was elected as CEM uncontested by 26 elected MAC, under the chairmanship of Horensing Bey.
Tuliram Ronghang will occupy the chair of CEM in the newly-formed BJP government of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council after his selection is approved by the Governor. After he was elected as CEM of the council, he convened a meeting with all the elected representatives along media persons. He said that all the incomplete schemes that had been undertaken by the KAAC in the last fiscal would be completed by the new KAAC.
Ronghang assured that the Hill Medical College of Diphu would be completed by 2017 and that every constituency would progress in all sphere.
CEM Tuliram Ronghang visited the Diphu Civil Hospital on Saturday and interacted with the indoor patients of the hospital. He also urged the medical staff to provide all free medicines and injection supplied by the government. He also checked the Essential Drug List (EDL) of Diphu Civil Hospital and said that if there was shortfall it would be discussed with the State Health Minister if needed.
Ronghang was accompanied by MAC Ramsing Timung, Amorsing  Tisso,  Mongalsing Timung along with Horensing Bey, chairman KAAC and Nirula Phangchopi, secretary and Si-Im Taro, joint secretary.
