Kargil Divas observed

GOLAGHAT, July 26: Like other parts of the country, Kargil Vijay Divas was observed in Khumtai region of Golaghat district. With the initiative of family members of Captain Jintu Gogoi and local people, Kargil Vijay Divas was observed. Deputy Commissioner Anowarul Haque, Professor  Ata Gogoi and other dignitaries were present.
