Kick Boxing meets in city

GUWAHATI, June 16: The Assam Kick Boxing Association will organize Inter School and Inter College Kickboxing championship in the city. The college meet will be held at Pragjyotish College from July 15. On the other hand the Inter School Kickboxing championship will kick off on July 25 at LOG Hindi High School campus.
Sharing the news in a media gathering, former Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University Dr Amarjyoti Choudhury said, “Martial art is a good sport to develop the skill of self defense. It is also helpful to improve the mental strength of a person.” The media briefing was also attended by Biswajit Kakoti, the general secretary of the  Assam Kickboxing Association.
