Kolonga BJP committee conducts cleanliness drive

Kheroni, October 16: The Kolonga local committee of BJP on Saturday launched a cleanliness drive at greater Kolonga areas in West Karbi Anglong here as part of the rendra Modi government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

The Kolonga local committee of BJP president, Ramsing Engleng, secretary Dhonsing Ronghang, former UPDS C-in-C Anil Kro, Jiten Ronghang, Babusing Timung, Sukbahadur Lama and Dhaniram Tisso led the massive cleanliness drive at Kolonga area where the 6 No Bithung Rengthema constituency of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Village Development Committee chairman Ramsing Ronpi also joined along with a large number of people.

“We urged locals, shopkeepers and other stakeholders to take measures to keep Kolonga clean,” said Ramson Rongpi.
