ksang takes oath as APPSC member

Itagar, Feb 14: Tsering ksang was administered oath of office and oath of secrecy as Member of the Aruchal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) by its Chairman Tajom Taloh on Monday in a simple ceremony. Newly inducted APPSC Member ksang is a gold medalist from Delhi University, and has also done his Masters in Sociology. He is the first Aruchalee to receive a post graduate degree from the Delhi School of Economics, an official release informed here today. ksang went on to join the state administration as District Research Officer and has worked in Anini, Aalo and Bomdila before resigning. He has since been working as a social activist. The function was attended by members C P Mansai and Nipo bam, along with officers and staff of the commission, the release added.
