Lalchan, Radhika lift title

GUWAHATI, April 29: Lalchan Ali of Kamrup won Bihdia Marathon title  which was held today at Chhaygaon. Lalchan clocked 2 hours 30 minutes and 54 seconds to finish the race .Somez Uddin (Kamrup) and Ronddrlang Kharbithaj (Meghalaya) finished second and third respectively. On the other hand State Women Mini Marathon title was collected by Radhika Rajbhor of Morigaon. Altogether 182 participants took part in the in male section while the numbers of participant in the women section were 33. There were cash awards for the different position holders. The first position holder in the mens section received rs 50,000 as cash prize while Radhika collected a purse of Rs 10,000.
