Land deeds distributed among tea workers

SORI, Jan 24:  State Education Minister Sarat Borkotoky claimed that the Congress will again form the government in Assam led by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi. Addressing a programme on Sunday here, the Education Minister said this. The programme was organized to distribute land deeds among tea community people which was presided over by Birender Mittal, Deputy Commissioners of Sivasagar.

Education Minister Borkotoky distributed land deeds to 143 families from Sapekhati circle and 55 families from Sori circle.

On the other hand, two school bus of ASTC provided to Tea tribe students were also flagged off by Borkotoky.
