Last gasp Dymos salvage a point against Mumbai in 1-1 draw

New Delhi, Nov 6: A last gasp strike from Robin Singh helped hosts Delhi Dymos salvage a point in their 1-1 draw against Mumbai City FC in an Indian Super League (ISL) contest here on Friday.

Two opportunistic second half strikes punctuated an otherwise lifeless match at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium that saw Frenchman Frederic Piquionne secure Mumbai the lead in the 70th minute only for Robin to fire in a left footer in the 90th minute to share the spoils.

The draw helped both teams improve their standings in the points table with Dymos jumping to the second spot with 14 points after eight matches, level with toppers FC Goa, but behind them on goal difference.

Mumbai moved up two spots in the fourth place with 11 points from as many matches. IANS
