lbari DC Omprakash felicitated

LBARI, April 26: The lbari District Freedom Fighters Association on the occasion of Rangali Bihu felicitated lbari Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr Omprakash here today for his contribution to the development work in lbari district. Association president Keshab Barman, general secretary Phanindra th Kalita and executive president Jiten Sarma felicitated him with bouquet of flowers, gamossa and books. The DC in his speech expressed delight and thanked association for felicitating him. The association expressed gratitude to the DC for releasing a fund of Rs 20 lakh for construction of a building of the lbari District Freedom Fighters Association.  The association appreciated the DC for taking bold steps against corruption and for proper implementation of various  development schemes in the district.

It may be mentioned that DC Omprakash has played a very important role in the improvement road condition in the district.
