Legislator vows to work for Sori development

SORI, June 10: Newly elected Sori MLA Tapan Kumar Gogoi was felicitated in meeting held at BPB Higher Secondary School playground here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Gogoi, who was accorded rousing welcome by BJP workers, in his speech said, “Development of 106 Sori constituency is my top priority.”

He also said that he would work for maintaining peace and harmony in the Aruchal Pradesh and galand border areas.

Jorhat MP Kamakhya Prasad Tassa, Thaora MLA Kushal Duwari, State BJP organizing secretary Tulsi Sharma also attended the meeting.

Jorhat MP Tassa in his speech called upon the gathering to give constructive advice for the development of the constituency.
