Leopard captured in Golaghat

Golaghat , May 29: A leopard that had been creating terror at Betioni region in Golaghat, was captured by the forest officials with the help of local people on Sunday. According to the report, the leopard had been creating terror in the region and the people in the area were living in fear. Local people reported the matter to the forest department and the forest officials put a cage in the area and filly today in the morning the leopard was caged. Local people gathered in large numbers to see the captured leopard. Later the forest officials took the leopard to the mbor Reserve Forest and released it.
