Liquor seized

Demow, March 13: After a ten-day investigation, a police team led by DSP Pahari Konwar raided several hotel, dhabas and shop and  seized around 1,000 litres of IMFL at Bokul Duba, Sarugua, Palengi, Thowra, Rajmai, Demow and Nitai areas. It may be noted that the illicit trade of liquor was going on under the nose of the excise department.
