Doomdooma, May 8: Kakali Devi Baruah, lecturer of Doomdooma Junior College, was awarded second prize for her article published in the magazine Sparsha, which also announces awards for writings in other sections like poem, short-story and essays. Kakali Devi Baruah is also recipient of three more awards on all-Assam basis for her poems and articles previously. Doomdooma Sakha Sahitya Sabha president Arjun Baruah,  secretary Deben Deka and litterateur Sarat Chiring Phukan have congratulated her.
