Mahmora sub-treasury inaugurated by MLA Jogen Mohan

JOYSAGAR: The newly-built Mahmora sub-treasury was formally inaugurated on Saturday at a meeting. Charaideo Deputy Commissioner BN Phukan presided over the meeting.

Mahmora MLA Jogen Mohan formally opened the door of the new sub-treasury while Sonari MLA and State Power Minister Tapan Gogoi took part in the meeting as the chief guest.

This sub-treasury has been built with the financial aid of Rs 20 lakh from the Assam Finance Commission. Minister Tapan Gogoi hoped that the new sub-treasury office would help the people of Sonari, Mahmora, Sepon and Moranhut.
