Manan wins singles title in Tennis Tournament

GUWAHATI: Manan Nath of Assam continued his good form and won the boys U-14 singles title at the Championship Series Tennis Tournament which concluded in Karnal yesterday. In the final Manan defeated another player from Assam Jigyashman Hazarika 7-6, 6-1. In the boys U-16 doubles final Manan partnering with statemate Jigyashman lifted the runners - up title. In the final they lost to Aditya Rathi and Ansh Kundu of Hariyana 5-7, 3-6. This is the third consecutive Championship Series Singles title for Manan Nath in last three weeks in the boys U-14 category.
