Marriage registrar panel formed

DIBRUGARH, Feb 24: As per the order of the State Government, a four member committee with district Sub-Registrar (Register), Dwijen Kumar Dutta; Marriage Officer, Pronob Kumar Borah and Dibrugarh Muslim Marriage Registrar, Mirza Zillor Rahman Baig has been formed. The four member team with District Additiol Commissioner, Shobhan Gowala as chairman, was formed to carry out the selection process of Muslim Marriage Registrar for harkatia in the district.
