Me–Dam–Me–Phi celebration

DULIAJAN, January 25: The Duliajan Regiol unit of All Assam Tai Ahom Students ‘Union (AATASU), in association with Bhadoi Panchali unit of AATASU and local people, will observe Me–Dam–Me–Phi on January 31 at the  Bhadoi Public playground. The day–long programme includes maidam torpan, drawing competition among school students and an open meeting which will be chaired by Miram Gogoi, president of Dibrugarh district unit of AATASU and president of organizing committee. In the open meeting, Dr Surendra th Gogoi, Associate Professor of Political Science Department, Duliajan College and AATASU’s chief advisor Achini Chetia will be present.
