In this case, the D C said that the construction will be very soon completed.
The common problem of BPL cards were placed where it was told that all the members don’t possess cards and the confusion was cleared about it that the members of the same family might be linked with the BPL cards from other families and since this programme was started from the year 2011, it might happen for the newborn and also said that only 2 members will get BPL cards.
After this the DDC meeting was started, where the PHE was directed to complete the water problems at Baghmara, Souragiri, Kabaitari Part 3, Tulungia Bazaar, Lengitisinga etc.
For the PWD State road, the Street Highway construction through Abhayapuri is going on and no Devdaru trees will be felled and also the repair of the MG road which runs through the main Abhayapuri town is almost 50% completed and the rest of the work will also be completed soon was promised by the Engineer. In Borghola, Mererchar, Manikpur, Sakihola, all the broken wooden bridges will be repaired which conditions are even worsened during the floods since the woods used for construction are not upto the mark , hence the D C ordered to use good quality woods to construct the bridges.
He also asked the PWD to make a total survey of all the broken bridges of Bongaigaon and complete the construction works of the broken wooden bridges as soon as possible most probably before the rainy season to avoid any accidents which were also the grievances of the presidents of the gaon Sabhas.
He reported to the AES that before election the ramps of all the schools should be done as it is compulsory for every school to have a ramp as the funds of SSA are directly deposited and hence it is confusing for taking so much time. SDO (Civil) reported that water and sanitation in every school is a must.
