Meeting on Swachh Survekshan Grameen Held at The Public Health Engineering Complex, Haflong

Haflong, July 31: A meeting on Swachh Survekshan Grameen, 2018 was held at the Public Health Engineering Complex, Sarkari Bagan, Haflong, under the chairmanship of TT Daolagupu, secretary of NC Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong The meeting was organized by PS Kar, Executive Engineer, PHE, Haflong Division. The objective of the programme was to discuss and chalk out the activities to be taken up unitedly with all the line departments, public leaders and NGOs, and also to create awareness among the public throughout the district about Swachh Survekshan Grameen, 2018 under Swachh Bharat Mission. This survey is meant to rank districts across the country on the basis of performance in Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen).

TT Daolagupu, secretary of NC Hills Autonomous Council, suggested for cooperation among all government departments, NGOs and people of Dima Hasao for achieving a better ranking. The survey will be held from August 1 to August 31.
