Member of DU court nomited

Diphu, April 9: The Governor of Assam and the Chancellor of Dibrugarah University  has nomited Longsing Teron, publisher, owner and editor of Thekar, a Karbi daily, and working president of Jourlist Federation of Assam, as a member of the Dibrugarh  University  court  with immediate effect . He will hold the office for a period of five years under section 37(2) of DU Act, 1965.
