Meritorious students felicitated

BILASIPARA, June 12: Under the aegis of Bilasipara District Committee of the Assam Provincial Yogi Sanmilani, a felicitation programme was organized on Sunday to felicitate the meritorious students in this year’s HSLC and HS examition. The students were felicitated with a phoolan gamosa, certificate, books and other items at a function held in the premises  of Bibah Bhawan located in ward No.5 of Bilasipara Town, with Purandar th in the chair. Gopi th, secretary of the organization, explained the aims and objectives of the meeting.   Among others, distinguished persolities like Ayub Uddin Ahmed, Principal of DIET, Golakgonj,  Hiranya th , retired Principal of Rokakhata HS School, Bilasipara, senior citizens like  Dayal Paul , Abdul Karim Khan, Animesh Kanti Sarker, Dr Hari Charan Das and secretary general of Aranya Suraksha Samiti, Asom were present. Altogether 53 students were felicitated.
