Mini van overturns, 17 children injured in Udalguri

TANGLA: In a road mishap at Panery in Udalguri, 17 children were injured when the Mahindra Supro van in which they were traveling overturned at Christianbasti area under Panery PS in Udalguri on Monday.

The injured children were immediately rushed to Tangla CHC with the help of locals. The children, dressed as Bol Bom devotees were going to attend religious programmes. The attending doctors have stated that the children are out of danger. The locals have blamed rash driving for the accident. The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
