Minister Keshab Mahanta's effigy burnt

Golaghat , June 8: Hindu Jagaran Mancha Golaghat District Committee on Wednesday burnt the effigy of minister Keshab Mahanta at Bata Point in Golaghat in protest against his remark on illegal migrants in Kaziranga tiol Park (KNP) region. On Tuesday a rhino was killed by poachers in KNP when State Forest Minister Pramila Rani Brahma along with other ministers and MLAs visited the tiol park. Hindu Jagaran Mancha strongly criticized minister Keshab Mahanta for his remark .
