Minister Nabam Rebia assures repair of vandalized police outpost

ITANAGAR: Minister LM, SJETA and Environments & Forest Minister Nabam Rebia while visiting the vandalized Police outpost at Chessa on Thursday assured to renovate and repair it early.

Nabam Rebia along with team of officers led by Capital Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan, SP M Harsha Vardhan, Banderdewa PS OC Inspector Kiksi Yangfo and others carried out inspection to the damaged out post at Chessa in Bandederdewa Circle. He took stock of the situation and also discussed with the locals and requested to maintain peace and tranquility among the people.

Rebia while talking to media told that the suspected person indulged in destroying the police out post have already been identified and police may arrest them shortly. “Such act of damaging of public property by people from across the boundary is not justified, Rebia added.”
