Miscreants set ablaze bridge at Baksa

Baksa, March 7: Sensation prevailed after miscreants set a bamboo bridge on fire at Baganpara in Baksa district on Friday at midnight. "Unidentified persons set ablaze the bridge as result of which communication through the Adla—Brikadanga road has been disrupted," a district administration official said. Sources said that fund was sanctioned in 2011 for construction of a RCC bridge in place of the bamboo brige but the construction work has not started for the last four years.
