MLA Rihon Daimary felicitates meritorious students

UDALGURI, June 25: Udalguri legislator and State Food and Civil Supply, PHE, and Consumer Affairs Minister Rihon Daimary felicitated the first division holders in the HSLC exam,  2016 from Udalguri constituency. The felicitation ceremony was conducted by Bishnu Sarma, retired Headmaster of Golmagaon High School and Jacob Mushahary, retired Principal of Udalguri HS School addressed the students. GM Srivastava, former DGP of Assam, urged the students to produce best results for the society. The meeting was also attended by Rakesh Roushan, SP Udalguri, bin Chandra Boro, IS of Schools, Udalguri, Dr Luke Daimari, Principal of Udalguri College, Puspadhar Sarmah, Principal of Udalguri HS School, among other dignitaries. A total of 349 students secured first division from 37 schools in Udalguri constituency. Among them, Mohan Pradhan of Harisinga Diamond English School had secured 20th position in the State and his further educatiol expenses will be borne by Rihon Daimary.
