Mobile ATM service launched in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA, November 17: The State Bank of India, Tinsukia branch has launched mobile ATM service on cash van.  The service was iugurated by Tinsukia Deputy Commissioner Ranjan Kumar Chakraborty on Wednesday. The public can withdraw Rs1000 on Rs 10 denomition using ATM cards of any bank, informed Ujjwal Sarma, Chief Mager, SBI Tinsukia. As many as five cash vans have been put into service at busy intersections of the town and remain operative till 4-5 pm, said Sarma. At the backdrop of present cash-strapped scerio, such additiol service of SBI has been hailed by the general public.
