Mobile Medical Camp Held in Flood Affected Areas by 1st Battalion NDRF

GUWAHATI: A mobile medical camp was organized by 1st Battalion NDRF in flood affected areas of villages - Konwarigaon, Nogora & Aitunia Morigaon under Golaghat revenue Circle on Sunday and Monday. A medical team comprised of Dr Gouse-Ea-Azam T,AC (MO) & paramedics staff treated 310 patients with chronic and seasonal diseases. Local people were also given health tips and sensitized to take due precautions against the seasonal diseases.

Most of the patients were suffering from various diseases like diarrhoea, vomiting, fever, cough, common cold, etc. Some serious patients were also treated, the press release said.
