Mohilary said a review meeting on BTC accord implementation would be held in New Delhi on October 5 where the meeting would discuss on the implementation of some clauses of the historic Bodo Accord, including central assistance amounting to Rs. 1000 crore to the council, granting of ST (Hills) status to the Bodo people in Karbi Anglong, and functioning of departments in the council, including direct funding pattern. He said that a tripartite review meeting on the BTC Accord implementation would be held in Delhi in the presence of central officials on October 5. He also said the BTC administration would seek disaster magement and relief and rehabilitation department to bring more development works in the council.
