Moina Parijat talent development camp concludes

LAKHIMPUR, July 15: The 8th Annual Talent Development Camp of Lakhimpur Regional Moina Parijat concluded on Sunday successfully. The programme was organized in a befitting manner in the STK High School campus in collaboration with Lakhimi Moina Parijat with a five-day long agenda from July 11 to July 15. It began with the inauguration of the delegates’ camp by Rajeev Sarmah, the president of the organizing committee, on the first day. The Moinar Mou Mel event held in the evening on that day was chaired by ‘Moina Kantha’ Eli Borah and Munmee Borah while Monimoy Tamuli, IC of Lilabari Outpost, took part as guest of honour. Parichalak Sammilan was chaired by Mohan Burhagohain.

On the second day, president of the Regional Moina Parijat, Umananda Baruah unfurled the flag while Tirtha Ranjan Sarmah conducted the smriti tarpan. Dwijen Borah, Ranjit Kakati, Sanjib Borah and Babul Barhoi administered the spiritual interpretation and the yoga practice held each day in the morning.

The public meeting held on the concluding day was chaired by Umananda Baruah. It was inaugurated by child speaker Tarali Borpatra Gohain while Pahi Dutta from Tezpur District Moina Parijat took part as appointed speaker. A host of eminent personalities were also present.
