Gohpur, April 9 : The first Indo-Nepal young Moodo championship held in Kathmandu on April 5 to 7 where eleven promising moodo players of the State took part. In the martial arts game, Swagat Subba got the title of best fighter and grabbed a gold medal, Tribikram Goswami, Purnima Borah, Dipali Doley of Assam also picked gold medal. Silver medal receivers are Sourabh Jyoti Sarma, Geetanjali Muchahary, Uttam Kr. Upadhaya, Raktim Boro. Three players of the team Trideep Phukan, Piyangshu Kashyap and Bichitra Lahon got bronze medal in the championship while the coach of the team Pinku Baruah gets the opportunity to direct some matches of the intertiol championship as referee.
