Morigaon district administration gears up for vote counting

MORIGAON, May 17: For smooth conduct of the counting process on May 19, Morigaon district administration has geared up to hold the counting in the centre at Morigaon College.

In this connection a press meet was organized under the initiative of Saibar Rahman, Election Officer, which was conducted by Rakesh Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Morigaon. The DC said that the action would be taken against liquor sellers if they were found selling liquor on the counting day.

The press meet was attended by Nilesh Sawarkar, SP of Morigaon, Anuradha Adhikari Sarma, ADC, Syeda Has Ha, DIPRO, CEO, Morigaon Zila Parishad.
