Morigaon DRDA distributes prizes, loans among SHGs

MORIGAON, March 9: Morigaon District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) distributed prizes and loan among the self-help groups (SHGs) of the district at a function held at the auditorium of Morigaon District Library on Sunday in presence of State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister RakibulHussain. The minister said that all-round development of the State could be possible if the women became self-reliant through SHGs. The programme was held under the initiative of Subrat Rai Bardhan.
