MSF shuts down school

IMPHAL, MARCH 31: Nirmalabas school, a missiory school located in Imphal town, remains closed at the behest of the Manipur Students’ Federation. However, another students’ group, the Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur is not in favour of the closure of the school in the larger interest of the students.  DESAM is asking the MSF to make the reasons for the closure public. However, the MSF says that it will continue to close down the school. The MSF said that the deadline given to the school authority ends on April 1. It further said that it will not allow the DESAM to interfere with it. The Pangal Students’ Organisation says that it will extend support to the MSF.
