GAURISAGAR, April 12 : Along with the rest of the State, Rongali Bihu will be celebrated with traditiol pomp and gaiety under the aegis of AASU Hatighuli  Regiol Committee with a day-long programme at Hatighuli Silpukhuri High School playground  on the outskirts of Gaurisagar on April 15. Lachit Phukan, president of the Bihu Suraksha Samiti, Asom, Sivasagar District Committee, will iugurate the Bihu tali. Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner Pallav Gopal Jha will iugurate the Mukoli Bihu and cultural function. Subudh Sonowal, Superintendent of Police of Sivasagar and Sarat Hazarika, AASU education secretary, will grace the function as distinguished guests.
