National Lok Adalat at Tezpur Court

Tezpur, April 19: With an objective to settle disputes amicably through compromise to save the time and money of parties and to reduce personal enmity between them, Lok Adalat will be held at Tezpur, Biswanath and Gohpur on April 22 under the aegis of District Legal Service Authority, Sonitpur, including other parts across the nation, under the directives of the National Legal Service, New Delhi. The Lok Adalat, being organized by National Legal Services Authority, will be held in the premises of Tezpur Court Complex, Biswanath Subdivisional Court and Gohpur subdivision court and in the National Lok Adalat. Cases pertaining to bank recovery cases, electricity and water bills, labour disputes, and other civil disputes will be taken up for hearing. Interested litigants are informed to approach the court authorities concerned on April 22, so as to settle their cases in the Lok Adalat amicably.
