Dibrugarh, June 7: A national workshop on ‘Use of Technical Terminology in Higher Education’ was held at Nandalal Borgohain City College (NBCC) on June 5 and June 6. Organized jointly by the Department of Education and Department of Sociology of NBCC, the workshop was sponsored by the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (CSTT), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Higher Education Department (HED), Government of India. A total of 103 participants from different States of the country took part in the workshop, which was also graced by the presence of 10 resource persons. Among the dignitaries present on the occasion included Assistant Director of CSTT, Dr. BK Singh; Scientific Officer Dr. Sahjan Ansari and others.
