NDFB (P) hails Hari Shankar Brahma’s appointment

KOKRAJHAR, January 18: tiol Democratic Front of Bodoland (Progressive) has hailed the appointment of Hari Shankar Brahma  as Chief Election Commissioner and expressed hope that the young generation of the region would get inspired by him. In a press statement, the Information and Publicity Secretary of the NDFB (P), S Sanjarang said the appointment of Hari Shankar Brahma, a successful IAS Officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre of 1975 batch, as the Chief Election Commissioner on January 16 was a matter of immense joy not only for the Bodo people but also for the people of Assam. “We feel really proud that the Bodo community has produced such a brilliant gem like him. We, the tiol Democratic Front of Bodoland (Progressive), one of the flag bearers of the Bodo community, congratulate him and anticipate that he serves the tion and society well,” Sanjarang said, adding that the indigenous students of the region should get inspired by him.
