NDFB (S) rebel bbed

Bongaigaon, April 23: In a joint operation Chirang district police and Indian Army bbed one NDFB(S) rebel on Friday night from Ulubari area under Panbari PS of Chirang district.The rebel had been identified as Anthoni  Mochahary (26).One pistol along with few live ammunition were recovered from his possession. A police source said that this rebel had created terror in the Ulubari area since the last few months by demanding extortion money from many people. “He was also involved in the 2014 grede blast in Bijni,” the police source added.
