NDFB (S) rebel held with arms in Tamulpur

TAMULPUR, June 8:  A joint team of Tamulpur police and 21 Mahar regiment of Indian Army today apprehended one NDFB (S) rebel from Kalakuchi village under Tamulpur police station in Baksa district. Acting on a tip off, a team of police led by Tamulpur SDPO Ashif Ahmed with the help of Indian Army launched an operation in the area and bbed the NDFB (S) cadre Deepak Boro alias B. Daithun. Police recovered two gredes, two hand-made bombs, one mobile hand set and some incrimiting documents. A case has been registered against Deepak at Tamulpur police station and the interrogation is going on.
